I have just come back from the doctors and my blood pressure is at normal levels. Apparently I am now at 120/80. The major difference seems to be that I no longer get large headaches. Hopefully the high blood pressure was causing them and now I am free. I will try to keep these stories over at my Health and Fitness Diary.
